Hi Everyone,

Good thing you are here to help me get organized. Grin

Jim...I don't know what to say about the Google thing ;0) but I will give you credit for fast thinking. You have answered many of the questions I have already been receiving about where the water is.

I am trying to confirm numbers at this point which will hopefully bring down the cost. I will request money from everyone in April once the owners are back from Arizona.

I will also update the list of attendees every few days or weekly so everyone can see which sites are reserved.

Hope you have a great weekend.

Tammy

Not to be too corny but here is an updated list. (See attachment).

As you can see the sites are filling up fast - Today was the first day.  Shocked

I think all of us are looking forward to Escaping!

Great minds think alike, which is why I used Google maps to look at the place. I asked for site 39 which is nearest the river and appears to be well treed. No sewer, but it's only a few days and I figure driving to the sani-dump should shake things up a bit anyway.

Or, you could just hold it, and dance a little more : - )
Or, when you've visiting Jim, just use his....

No way, he's the one who picked the site furthest from the facilities.  Wink

Hi Tammy, I just looked at the bookings (finally) and can I be put somewhere into the 40s?  I need not to have me no sewer.  Trees and running shoes should suffice.

Glenn and I can battle for the best tree.

Cheers,
Dirk

We would like to book a site for the Escape Rally, however we can't open the file for the list of sites already taken. Can we trust that you would book a good site for Keith and I and our 15'' Escape. Thank you Tammy. Cheesy

Hi Dirk and Sandy,

Dirk I booked you in right beside Glen so that you can battle...

Sandy would you like full hook ups or only sewer and water? I am thinking of placing you in a site where you may have to share if we get too full. Or I can put you in a smaller site...Please let me know.

I will post an updated list later today.

The file is in Word 2007.  To open and read it without having Word 2007 you can either download this from Microsoft,
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word/ha100444731033.aspx or use OpenOffice, www.openoffice.org.

See you next June!

Timing is everything, so they say! Unfortunately, we won't be able to make this one. We're heading up to Haida Gwaii a week before. Going to take the trailer up as far as Prince Rupert, then just the truck over to the island. Gotta conserve the $. Anyway, im sure everyone will have lots of fun!!
